The itinerary mentioned above serves as a preliminary plan. Your final itinerary will be sent to you three months before your tour. You will receive a basic medical form to complete roughly four months before your arrival in SA. If you have received any medical treatment or sustained any injuries within six months before you arrive in South Africa, we require a ‘fit to fly’ letter from your GP. This is to help you while in South Africa, as we do not want you or any of your group members to miss out on any of our exciting activities and to keep up with a jam-packed itinerary. We encourage a moderate fitness level. We have a daily itinerary with pre-booked excursions, and we encourage everyone to participate on a daily basis.
